C\u2019est le leader de l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la r\u00e9solution des conflits depuis plus de 40 ans.\u00a0 Alors que les conflits sont douloureux pour les individus, la gestion de ces derniers est aussi une comp\u00e9tence manag\u00e9riale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thomas et Kilmann ont \u00e9tudi\u00e9 comment les gens g\u00e9raient les conflits et ont observ\u00e9 que la plupart des gens utilisent l\u2019une des cinq approches pour r\u00e9soudre les conflits interpersonnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kenneth Thomas et Ralph Kilmann ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un cadre utilisant ces cinq approches et ont invent\u00e9 le Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument ou TKI en 1974.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019approche TKI (Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument) est rapide et accessible. Elle propose un \u00e9clairage original sur les diff\u00e9rents modes de r\u00e9solution des conflits. En explorant diff\u00e9rents styles possibles de gestion des conflits, elle aide les individus \u00e0 les identifier et les d\u00e9samorcer, avec plus d\u2019efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pour qui\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est utilis\u00e9 par les consultants RH, d\u00e9veloppement organisationnel, m\u00e9diateurs, n\u00e9gociateurs, coachs\u2026\u00a0 L\u2019instrument Thomas-Kilmann est con\u00e7u pour mesurer le comportement d\u2019une personne dans des situations de conflit.
