Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une de leurs obligations essentielles. Ce qui implique qu&rsquo;ils doivent mettre en \u0153uvre une s\u00e9rie de mesures de pr\u00e9vention passant par l&rsquo;adaptation des conditions ou des \u00e9quipements de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La sant\u00e9 au travail<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est le premier point qui est assez connu des salari\u00e9s de par le fait d\u2019avoir des visites m\u00e9dicales li\u00e9es au travail.&nbsp; La sant\u00e9 est d\u00e9finie par l\u2019OMS comme&nbsp;un \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e9tat complet de bien-\u00eatre physique , mental, social et ne consistant pas seulement en un absence de maladie ou d\u2019infirmit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceci englobe donc, par exemple&nbsp;: risques de maladies, vaccination, protection de la grossesse, surveillance m\u00e9dicale, fourniture d\u2019\u00e9quipement de travail adapt\u00e9s, am\u00e9nagement des locaux en mati\u00e8re de bruit\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail est une discipline qui a pour objet d\u2019agir face \u00e0 la protection de la vie et de l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique des travailler via la pr\u00e9vention des accidents du travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par exemple&nbsp;: v\u00e9rification des raccordements \u00e9lectriques, entretien des v\u00e9hicules et des machines, \u00e9quipements de protections collectives et individuelles, normes incendies, s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur chantier\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail implique de nombreuses interactions entre les salari\u00e9s et les installations techniques pr\u00e9sentes dans les organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Et au del\u00e0 de ces deux piliers ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que ces deux th\u00e8mes soient les plus connus, la politique du Bien-Etre au travail s\u2019\u00e9tend sur 7 domaines r\u00e9git par le Code, \u00e0 savoir&nbsp;: sant\u00e9, s\u00e9curit\u00e9, risques psychosociaux, environnement, ergonomie, hygi\u00e8ne, embellissement des lieux de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"566\" height=\"225\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kazuki.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/piliers-bien-etre-domaine-travail-prevention-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11965\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.kazuki.eu\/consulting\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2022\/04\/piliers-bien-etre-domaine-travail-prevention-1.jpg 566w, https:\/\/www.kazuki.eu\/consulting\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2022\/04\/piliers-bien-etre-domaine-travail-prevention-1-300x119.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 566px) 100vw, 566px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail sont donc r\u00e9git par la Politique de Bien-Etre au travail et donc par le Code P\u00e9nal.&nbsp; Chaque structure compos\u00e9e d\u2019un salari\u00e9 au minimum se doit d\u2019avoir un Service Externe de Pr\u00e9vention mais \u00e9galement un conseiller en pr\u00e9vention interne qui n\u2019est autre que le dirigeant.&nbsp; Mais ce dernier dispose d\u2019un titre \u00e0 double tranchant&nbsp;: Est-il toujours conscient de ses obligations \u00e0 ce titre, des risques en cas d\u2019accident, des documents \u00e0 fournir en cas d\u2019inspection&nbsp;?&#8230;&nbsp; G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, non&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que la r\u00e8glementation sur le Bien-Etre au travail a f\u00eat\u00e9 ces 25 ans, avec de nombreuses \u00e9volutions comme l\u2019int\u00e9gration des troubles musculosquelettiques et les risques psychosociaux, la r\u00e9forme des structures de pr\u00e9vention et l\u2019adaptation au monde du travail\u2026&nbsp; Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que les entreprises qui appliquaient la r\u00e9glementation de mani\u00e8re optimale ont eu la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation la plus rapide face \u00e0 la crise de la Covid-19 afin de mettre en \u0153uvre des proc\u00e9dures et des mesures de pr\u00e9vention adapt\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019enjeu se trouve, toutefois, plus cibl\u00e9 au sein des petites structures qui estime, par manque de moyens humain ou financier ne pas pouvoir r\u00e9pondre aux besoins.&nbsp; Et pourtant, de nombreuses mesures peuvent \u00eatre imput\u00e9es sans pour autant impliquer un investissement financier \u00e9norme tant au niveau mat\u00e9riel qu\u2019au niveau humain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Combien de temps estimez-vous utile de mettre en place la pr\u00e9vention dans votre entreprise&nbsp;?&nbsp; Disposez-vous d\u2019un conseiller en pr\u00e9vention interne&nbsp;? Est-il form\u00e9&nbsp;? Conna\u00eet-il et ma\u00eetrise-t-il sa fonction&nbsp;?&nbsp; Dispose-t-il de formation et de recyclage&nbsp;?
