Ceci explique, en outre, de nombreuses d\u00e9missions suivant le secteur impact\u00e9 durant la crise, mais aussi la hausse des transitions et r\u00e9orientations de carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, les attentes des candidats se sont modifi\u00e9es tant au niveau du processus de recrutement que des attentes.\u00a0 Alors de nombreux candidats cherchent\u2026 de nombreuses entreprises recrutent, mais alors pourquoi cela ne matche pas\u00a0???<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9ponse est simple\u00a0: ces employeurs se sont-ils adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la nouvelle r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des attentes candidats\u00a0?\u00a0 Les recruteurs internes se sont-ils questionn\u00e9s sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience candidat au sein de l\u2019entreprise\u00a0?\u00a0 La recherche du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kazuki.eu\/prevention-sante-securite-bien-etre\/\">Bien-Etre au Travail<\/a> est devenue un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kazuki.eu\/bilan-competences-soft-skills-recrutement\/\">recrutement<\/a> des potentiels.\u00a0 Que recherchent les candidats aujourd\u2019hui\u00a0?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La communication est la premi\u00e8re cl\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n<p>Ce mot qui dans toute entreprise est une composante essentielle de base est devenu incontournable.\u00a0 Entre connexions permanentes aux messageries, plateformes de visio\u2026 M\u00eame les plus r\u00e9calcitrants face aux technologies se sont vus dans l\u2019obligation de s\u2019adapter tant bien que mal.\u00a0 L\u2019adaptation de la communication\u00a0 devient un enjeu majeur d\u2019autant plus aupr\u00e8s des jeunes candidats.\u00a0 Plut\u00f4t que d\u2019y voir une charge de transformation, je vous propose de voir cela sous un autre angle\u00a0: l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de remise en question, de coller au march\u00e9, de favoriser le transg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel au sein des \u00e9quipes\u2026 de cr\u00e9er une v\u00e9ritable campagne autour du recrutement pour informer pratiquement en temps r\u00e9el les candidats.\u00a0 Alors que certaines entreprises ne r\u00e9pondent m\u00eame plus aux candidatures, d\u2019autres s\u2019int\u00e9ressent \u00e0 ce nouveau style.\u00a0 Et vous\u00a0?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Equilibre vie priv\u00e9e \u2013 vie pro\u2026 seconde cl\u00e9\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019offre adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la demande reste la valeur s\u00fbre pour attirer les candidats.\u00a0 Mais quelle est cette demande actuelle\u00a0?\u00a0 Apr\u00e8s avoir test\u00e9 les visioconf\u00e9rences entra\u00eenant moins de d\u00e9placements, moins de stress de circulation, un gain de temps\u2026 La flexibilit\u00e9 est \u00e0 revoir, mais cette fois du c\u00f4t\u00e9 employeur\u00a0!\u00a0 R\u00e9duire le nombre d\u2019entretiens sur site lors de la phase de recrutement et proposer une politique de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail adapt\u00e9e au poste est l\u2019une des pistes.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Rester connect\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise et sa culture.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le bien-\u00eatre au travail ne se d\u00e9cline pas en une simple corbeille de fruits et un baby-foot, l\u00e0 on peut parler de Bonheur au travail, mais en p\u00e9riode de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail ceci a-t-il encore du sens\u00a0?\u00a0 Entre mission, vision, valeurs sur des affiches ou sur un site pour faire vendre ou int\u00e9grer cela dans la culture d\u2019entreprise r\u00e8gne le besoin d\u2019authenticit\u00e9 des candidats.\u00a0 Les mots n\u2019ont que peu d\u2019impact, mais les actes eux sont incontournables.\u00a0 Qu\u2019avez-vous fait cette ann\u00e9e\u00a0 pour communiquer sur la culture de votre entreprise\u00a0?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quel candidat\u00a0? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Et si l\u2019interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel fonctionnait ?\u00a0 \u00c0 quelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration appartenez-vous ?\u00a0 Et votre recruteur ?\u00a0 Vos salari\u00e9s ?
