Un feed back en quelque sorte \u00e0 partager en groupe ou en individuel avec le sophrologue.<\/p>\n<h2>Une ph\u00e9nodescription sous quelle forme ?<\/h2>\n<p>A l&rsquo;issue d&rsquo;une s\u00e9ance de sophrologie, la ph\u00e9nodescription intervient comme une trace de nos ressentis.\u00a0 A l&rsquo;oral, par \u00e9crit ou sous forme de dessin (sur un petit carnet afin de relire les traces des s\u00e9ances) ces notes sont personnelles et chacun fait le choix du partage ou non sur ce qui s\u2019est pass\u00e9 pour lui durant la s\u00e9ance.\u00a0 L&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de laisser une trace est de fixer notre \u00e9volution, les perceptions, les ressentis et ainsi prendre conscience de notre transformation et observer ce qui se r\u00e9v\u00e8le en nous d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re diff\u00e9rente.<\/p>\n<h2>Le temps de la ph\u00e9nodescription en s\u00e9ance<\/h2>\n<p>C&rsquo;est un moment privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 de la s\u00e9ance durant lequel le sophrologue privil\u00e9gie l&rsquo;\u00e9coute active et sans jugement bas\u00e9e sur Rogers avec : empathie, congruence, authenticit\u00e9&#8230;\u00a0 Le non-jugement, la non interpr\u00e9tation et le respect du rythme de chacun fait, bien entendu, partie de ce moment privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9coute de l&rsquo;autre.<\/p>\n<h2>Un moment de partage<\/h2>\n<p>Je vous partage mon dessin r\u00e9alis\u00e9 apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9ance de sophrologie avec une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kazuki.eu\/meditation-mindfulness\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">m\u00e9ditation<\/a> d&rsquo;une trentaine de minutes.\u00a0 Il s&rsquo;agit ici d&rsquo;une introspection comme une image, une photo, un instantan\u00e9 de mon monde int\u00e9rieur&#8230; la p\u00e9riode s&rsquo;y pr\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p>Restez chez vous, prenez soin de vous et des autres.<\/p>\n<p>A tr\u00e8s bient\u00f4t !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En sophrologie, une \u00e9tape de la s\u00e9ance s&rsquo;appelle la ph\u00e9nodescription.
