Par la ma\u00eetrise de son corps, des gestes, du mouvements, des sens et de ses fonctions physiologiques et mentales (travail sur la respiration, la circulation, les sens, la concentration, la m\u00e9moire, le sommeil, le raisonnement, l&rsquo;imagination&#8230;)<\/p>\n<h2>La sophrologie adapt\u00e9e aux enfants<\/h2>\n<p>La sophrologie adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;enfant est ludique. Les exercices de respiration, de relaxation, d&rsquo;\u00e9coute de son corps, d&rsquo;\u00e9veil de ses sens et de son imagination se pratiquent sous forme de jeux, de contes, de mouvements et d&rsquo;expression par le dessin&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>Pourquoi proposer la sophrologie aux enfants ?<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;intervention permet une meilleure conscience de son corps, des objets, de la structuration de l&rsquo;espace, l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de la concentration et de la m\u00e9morisation par une meilleure gestion mentale et auditive. La gestion du stress, de l&rsquo;hyperactivit\u00e9, des troubles du d\u00e9ficit de l&rsquo;attention&#8230; mais aussi une meilleure gestion des \u00e9motions (col\u00e8res, peurs&#8230;) ou faire face \u00e0 des situations et \u00e9preuves difficiles (pr\u00e9paration d&rsquo;examen, comp\u00e9tition sportive, sommeil, manque de confiance en soi, mauvaise image de soi, s\u00e9parations, deuil&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00e9roulement<\/h2>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir mis le cadre autour de la situation et le v\u00e9cu de l&rsquo;enfant, chaque s\u00e9ance se d\u00e9roule en 3 \u00e9tapes : Un dialogue en d\u00e9but de s\u00e9ance (ma petite m\u00e9t\u00e9o) &#8211; Exercices sp\u00e9cifiques de la s\u00e9ance (qu&rsquo;il mettra en place dans son quotidien) &#8211; Le dialogue de fin de s\u00e9ance (l&rsquo;enfant \u00e9change suivant sa cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9). En fonction de l&rsquo;\u00e2ge, de la maturit\u00e9, de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat physique de l&rsquo;enfant une s\u00e9ance aura une dur\u00e9e de 30 \u00e0 60 min.<\/p>\n<p>Tout comme chez l&rsquo;adulte, le sophrologue ne se substitue, en aucun cas, \u00e0 un traitement m\u00e9dical mais peut accompagner celui-ci via un travail pluridisciplinaire.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La sophrologie adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;enfant est ludique.
